Combines all the great elements of pilates and ballet into a fun and motivating class choreographed to music. Barre is a great workout that helps to bring mat pilates into an upright position with a focus on legwork and balance.
I pride myself on running small classes so you get a more personal service. This means there are less spaces available on each class so call or email me early to book your space.

Janette has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and is passionate about the method and the benefits it can bring to people of all ages and abilities. She is a Pilates Teacher Trainer with the Pilates Institute, Ireland and has trained more than 200 instructors. She has a wealth of knowledge in anatomy and physiology and has recently completed a Masters in Exercise Physiology at Trinity College, Dublin.
